Qualifications

• Must hold active respiratory care professional credentials (RRT/CRRT) in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate respiratory therapy services.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid requirements and PDPM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily respiratory therapy operations to support rehab services.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management for the department.
• Oversee patient assessments, therapy plans, and documentation to ensure quality care.
• Manage equipment, inventory, and maintenance of respiratory therapy devices.
