Job summary

The Valley Health System seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas to deliver respiratory therapy modalities and assessments across all patient care areas, including critical care, NICU, and Labor & Delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a CoARC-approved program, hold an RRT credential, Nevada licensure, and BLS/ACLS. A minimum of 1 year in acute/critical care is preferred, with PALS/NRP within 90 days if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapist program.
• Minimum 1 year of acute/critical care respiratory therapy experience.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Current Nevada Practitioner of Respiratory Care License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified.
• PALS and/or Neonatal Resuscitative Provider (NRP) certification within 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy modalities and respiratory assessments to patients of all ages.
• Provide care in all areas including critical care, NICU and Labor & Delivery.
• Perform responsibilities independently except during orientation or training.
