WVU Medicine seeks an experienced Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead planning, staffing, and delivery of respiratory services. You will guide departmental goals, manage personnel actions, and align clinical operations with organizational strategy in a high-demand environment.

Five years of supervisory experience and NBRC licensure in the applicable state are required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE credentials and BLS within 30 days. A Master’s degree is a plus for preferred candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in the applicable state.
• Five years of supervisory experience in respiratory care.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE credentials or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead short and long term planning for the department and set quarterly/annual goals.
• Establish strategies and collaborate with leadership to align objectives.
• Oversee hiring, promotion, discipline and staff development.
• Develop financial plans and budgets for respiratory care services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are met.
