Job summary
Adecco Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as an internal consultant driving resilience strategy and risk initiatives across EMEA. You will translate complex risk landscapes into actionable frameworks, crisis-management plans, and executive decision-support materials with significant autonomy.
You will partner with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to establish governance, lead crisis simulations, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Authoritative SME advising senior enterprise leaders.
- Experience building crisis management or resilience programs at large enterprises.
- Ability to integrate AI models into daily problem solving and documentation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging risks, dependencies and trends affecting people and operations.
- Develop resilience strategies, crisis playbooks and governance frameworks.
- Translate analysis into executive briefings, dashboards and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional resilience workstreams across regional and global teams.
- Lead crisis simulations, readiness reviews and incident coordination.
- Leverage AI to optimize workflows and documentation.
