Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential contracting experience.
• Proficient in framing, drywall, and carpentry.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Great numerical ability and spatial awareness related to building.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong communication and ability to work with homeowners and crew.

Responsibilities

• Show up in a timely manner to shop and job site ready to work with a positive attitude.
• Assist project managers with tasks relating to the current project.
• Continue developing skills in products and technical processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
