Job summary

Great Dane Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a seasoned Plumbing Manager or Field Supervisor to lead the residential plumbing team in Michigan. This leadership role is hands-on, with field presence to support technicians, drive revenue, and uphold high service standards.

Ideal candidate has 6+ years in residential plumbing, strong communication skills, and a path toward Master’s license within a year. Competitive salary and incentives offered; benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of residential plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber in Michigan; ability to pursue Master’s License within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement training programs for technical proficiency and safety.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, dispatching, and service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor expenses and billing.
