Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a Senior Residential Supervisor for the Cincinnati Job Corps Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on creating an environment where students learn independent living and employability skills while upholding safety and community standards.

The position requires experience supervising Residential Advisors, strong leadership, and a commitment to program integrity, privacy, and student well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience as Residential Advisor or related supervisory experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Associate’s Degree from a College or University and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered subject to DOL approval of a waiver.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains an environment that allows students to learn and practice independent and community living skills.
• Models social and employability skills, such as positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork.
• Provides a safe, secure, clean, and attractive physical and social living environment for students that is appropriate to their varied needs.
• Provide staff supervision of all student living areas at levels that assure the safety, security, and accountability of all students at all times.
• Implements a structured process for sharing information that ensures effective student accountability.
