ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home comfort systems. You’ll diagnose problems, advise homeowners on options, and perform repairs with safety and quality at the forefront.

Expect year‑round residential work with strong earning potential, benefits eligibility after month one, a company vehicle and gas card, and dedicated time for customer‑focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform service repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential system issues.
• Explain repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
• Accurately document service calls, findings, and completed repairs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
