Job summary

Heritage Home Service is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for our Auburn, NH location. The role focuses on diagnostics, repair and upgrade of residential HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on safety and customer communication.

Applicants should have residential HVAC experience and NH gas licensing (or be close to completing a trainee card). A valid NH driver’s license and flexibility in hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum residential HVAC experience and clean driving record.
• Active New Hampshire gas license or trainee card with progress.
• EPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed diagnostics and repair of residential HVAC systems.
• Maintain, repair and upgrade equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide expert guidance.
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers and team members.
