The role requires at least five years in construction estimating, strong software adaptability, and proven collaboration with clients. Year-round, full-time work with a family-oriented company culture is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction estimating.
• Ability to learn new estimating software quickly.
• Proven collaboration and client communication.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Produce precise preliminary and final cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyze project designs, specifications, and scope requirements to calculate material and labor costs.
• Master and implement estimating software rapidly to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate daily with internal design and field teams to ensure realistic project budgets.
• Build respectful, trusting relations with clients through clear project scope communication.
• Track market pricing trends for residential materials to maintain competitive project bids.
