Job summary

WorkerBees Staffing seeks a Lead Residential Electrician to oversee install, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in homes. You will read blueprints, supervise apprentices, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant work on planning-to-completion projects.

You will handle low/high voltage systems and PLCs, with a strong focus on safety and documentation. Strong leadership and diagnostic skills are essential for success in renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a residential electrician with leadership in projects.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 and NEC standards.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Valid electrician’s license or local certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to install and troubleshoot.
• Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians and junior staff.
• Install and repair low-, high-voltage systems and automation components like PLCs.
• Conduct thorough electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety procedures.
• Document installations, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members.
