A leading home construction company in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Senior Drafter to support the production team by drafting detailed residential plans. The successful candidate will produce plans for permitting and construction, interpret building codes, and review construction documents for accuracy. An Associate's Degree and proficiency in AutoCAD is required, alongside good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree required.
• Experience in construction is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed residential construction plans with minimal supervision.
• Elaborate functional sketches from abstract ideas.
• Read and interpret construction and civil plans.
