Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in progressively responsible construction management and inspection.
• Ability to obtain a high SWAC clearance and JFK SIDA card.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-10 direct reports including engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure construction work follows contract drawings and standards.
• Complete daily narratives and labor reports accurately.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with BOCA and applicable codes

Trained in fall protection and construction safety

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Competent in Primavera and Expedition/Contract Manager

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Geotechnical, Civil and/or Structural Engineering

P.E. License and/or R.A. preferred
