Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional development; Mid-con Anadarko basin experience preferred.
• Proven success working in multidisciplinary teams, with collaboration, initiative, and innovation.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with sound judgement even in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work independently and take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide reservoir engineering support for development of Warwick’s operated Anadarko assets.
• Review and deliver engineering recommendations on AFE elections, WIP evaluations, and acreage trade opportunities.
• Optimize key engineering components of operated development for Warwick WP3 assets, including spacing, well count, completions design, and flowback strategies.
• Collaborate with geology and land teams on technical reviews, type curve maintenance, and updates for drilling locations.
• Proactively identify and evaluate potential acreage trades or acquisitions aligned with geologic and reservoir performance objectives to enhance operated positions.
• Support asset development and A&D efforts through reservoir modeling, performance forecasting, and economic evaluation.
• Prepare technical materials and present findings to the Investment Committee to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze basin-wide analogs and development trends in spacing and completions to recommend optimal field development strategies.
• Evaluate existing well performance and flowback data, identify refrac candidates, and maintain accurate forecasts for base production.
• Apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques—including decline curve analysis, OOIP/OGIP estimation, RTA, and EUR assessment—to drive insights.
• Partner with operations and production teams to enhance well performance and ensure alignment of technical and operational objectives.
• Assess smaller-scale A&D opportunities and support evaluation of larger strategic transactions.
