Ohio State University in Columbus, OH hires a Researcher 2 for Microbial Infection and Immunity to design and manage studies on dendritic cells and antitumor immunity in a foundational biology lab. You will collaborate with the PI to set goals, develop methods and perform complex experiments across cellular and molecular biology, including flow cytometry.

You will coordinate data analysis, contribute to grant preparation and manuscripts, and present results at national and international

Formación

• Master's degree in biological sciences required.
• Experience with cellular biology, molecular biology and flow cytometry.
• Background in animal handling and antimicrobial testing desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, execute and manage research projects on dendritic cells and antitumor immunity.
• Collaborate with PI to develop and implement study goals and objectives.
• Plan and conduct advanced cellular biology, molecular biology and flow cytometry experiments.
• Coordinate data processing, analysis and interpretation of results.
• Train and supervise staff; oversee animal care and procedures.
• Assist in grant writing, publications and conference presentations.
