• Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate with 10+ years postdoctoral experience.
• Multiple publications and notable contributions to scientific research.
• Onsite work in the research laboratory with adherence to safety and integrity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and maintenance of patient-derived organoid cultures and related translational platforms.
• Design and execute complex experimental studies, including drug-response assays and precision-oncology workflows.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership for organoid-based cores and collaborative translational projects.
• Mentor junior scientists, postdocs, and trainees in organoid methodologies and translational research.
• Partner with investigators to integrate organoid models into clinical and research pipelines.
