Qualifications

• Experience in biostatistics, epidemiology, health services research, or quantitative population health research.
• Demonstrated expertise in health economic evaluation and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• Experience developing decision analytic models (Markov/decision trees).
• Experience working with clinical, electronic health record, registry, claims, or population-based datasets.
• Experience applying machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical methodologies to healthcare research.
• Proficiency with R, SAS, Python, SQL, STATA, or related analytical software.
• Experience with comparative effectiveness research, implementation science, or health outcomes research.
• Record of peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct complex research studies across clinical and population health domains.
• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, grants, manuscripts, and reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set research priorities and methods.
• Provide guidance on study design, measurement, data management, and analytics.
• Maintain data quality, rigor, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead statistical analyses of clinical trials and observational studies.
• Perform advanced analyses including longitudinal, survival, mixed-effects, and predictive modeling.
• Conduct sample size and power analyses; provide statistical consultation for grants.
• Create reproducible analytic workflows and translate findings into publications.
