Ethos is seeking senior research fellows to train its language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content across conference decks, posters, grant figures, and plain-language summaries, drawing on a 3+ year post-PhD track record and expert slide craftsmanship.

The role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, fully remote work, ASAP start, with compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years of active research and a publication record.
• Experience presenting at conferences and to funders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare design and data visuals for conference talks, posters, and grant figures.
• Communicate research results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
