Job summary

Research Partnership in San Francisco is seeking an experienced market research professional to oversee multiple projects in a hybrid, 1–2 days per week in-office role. You will guide questionnaires, conduct depth interviews, and support presentations with senior staff.

About the team:

Our custom research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.

The team is not split into silos by client or therapy area, so you will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape, and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team.

Our studies are typically multi-market, encompassing Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. We believe that exposure to a wide range of healthcare systems - and different cultural approaches to healthcare - helps our researchers to offer the most impactful, commercially-relevant insights to our clients.

Your primary role:

• Your role will be to oversee the smooth running of multiple concurrent projects
• With input from your manager you will be writing guides and questionnaires
• You will conduct depth interviews with key respondents and manage central locations with clients present
• You will interrogate the findings, helping to write the presentation alongside senior team members
• Your job also involves ongoing monitoring of job costs to meet budgets as well as overseeing junior members of your project team

Your skills and experience:

• More than 3 years of experience in market research (including healthcare but can be other market research sectors)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail

Compensation

Salary Range Compensation (e.g.): $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in California. The range listed may be just one component the total compensation package. This range may also differ based on the applicant’s geographic location and cost of living considerations.
