This full-time, on-site role focuses on advancing chemical technologies from lab to production while driving cost reduction and long-term innovation within a well-resourced R&D organization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, scale new processes, and collaborate with manufacturing on plant trials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical engineering, process development, or scale-up.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
• Solid understanding of safety and environmental procedures.
