Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mental health or related field with required years of experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site center grant project management and define core tasks with deadlines.
• Coordinate research and community meetings; develop agendas and document decisions.
• Support dissemination of findings via briefs, newsletters, website updates, and manuscripts.
• Assist with IRB submissions, modifications, renewals and related reports.
• Develop or modify policy and procedure documents for project consistency.
• Coordinate annual updates of sub-award documentation with partners.
• Track budget expenditures and invoicing; coordinate with staff on payments.
• Provide NIH reporting support including enrollment and progress reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
