Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Order Management professional in Honolulu, Hawaii to manage customer concerns and expeditiously resolve issues from initial contact to final resolution. You will process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and support sales activities while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems to resolve inquiries.

• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex issues requiring detailed research and follow-up.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Conduct research and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, Collections, 3rd Party, Sales, Retail National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.
• Support designated sales-related activities, including goodwill credit submissions within approved limits.
• Manage aged and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.

What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns from initial contact through final resolution to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues ranging from routine requests to complex customer issues requiring detailed research and follow-up.
• Process customer orders, returns, and order-related inquiries.
• Conduct research and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, Collections, 3rd Party, Sales, Retail National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to resolve concerns.

Anticipated hourly range

$19.20 per hour - $24.75 per hour
