Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) through EnFin seeks a Senior Manager to join the Structured Finance team to raise capital for residential solar financing across equity, debt, and tax equity. The role will manage investor relationships, model cash flows, and oversee deal execution.

Base could be Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ with potential remote in exceptional cases. The position requires 8+ years in finance, including 5+ years in project/structured finance, strong MS Excel

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in finance with 5+ years in project/structured finance.
• Strong background in capital raising and deal execution.
• Experience with investor presentations and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital for EnFin’s residential TPO business.
• Assist in deal execution with investors across JV/debt/tax equity.
• Review and revise investor legal documents.
• Prepare investor presentation materials.
• Support asset management with borrowing requests and tranche sales.
• Collaborate with external appraisers, insurers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain project finance and tax equity models.
• Monitor costs and market pricing alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Foster collaboration and growth within the team.
