Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Renewable Energy Specialist (Sr Interconnection Specialist) for an onsite role in Wilmington, Delaware.

This 12-month contract position involves coordinating renewable energy projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring timely interconnection activities. The ideal candidate will have analytical, technical, and communication strengths, experience in solar or utility interconnection, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while adapting to evolving

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, technical and detail-oriented skills.
• Solar, renewable energy, utility or regulatory experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret interconnection information and regulatory requirements.
• Independent problem solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer focus.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work onsite Tue–Thu; remote Mon & Fri as applicable.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives.
• Monitor projects for compliance with goals, objectives and regulations.
