The ideal candidate will have EPC contract negotiation experience for renewable energy clients and an active state bar license or a commitment to obtain one quickly. We value strong academics, resilience, and entrepreneurial initiative.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating EPC contracts for renewable energy clients.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Support attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources practice group.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with sound judgment.
