Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Chemical Processing, Industrial Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of operations experience in refinery/renewables facility
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Budgeting and operations planning experience
• Experience with process safety management (PSM) and OSHA/environmental standards
• Knowledge of industrial process operations and related units
• Willingness to relocate to Nebraska
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Lead day-to-day operations across the facility and supervise units (Pretreatment, RDU, Load/Unload)
• Ensure production safety and regulatory compliance
• Drive reliability-centered manufacturing and quality product output
• Oversee budgets, capital investments, and project strategy

• Develop and coach operations supervisors and staff
• Ensure staffing, training, and competency across operations
• Collaborate with maintenance, EH&S, and engineering teams
• Use KPIs to drive continuous improvement and performance
