Job summary

HII–Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Administrator to support a remote work schedule. The role maintains, supports, and enhances the Siemens Teamcenter PLM system and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.

Candidates with experience in Windchill, Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE, or SAP PLM are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 3 years) is typical, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years with a Master’s degree; 0 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Teamcenter or another enterprise PLM system (Teamcenter preferred).
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and processes.
• Experience with one or more of the following: C++, Java, Perl, SQL databases, Windows/Linux server management, and scripting languages. Familiarity with system backups, upgrade processes, and workflow configuration.
• Experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and optimize Teamcenter to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Customize and configure the PLM system to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform system upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve PLM workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the PLM environment.
• Provide training and technical support to end users on Teamcenter processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to PLM processes and system configurations.
