Job summary

RTX Corporate is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP EWM Configuration Lead to guide the design, build, and support of SAP EWM within the OneRTX initiative, aligned to standardized ERP processes. The role focuses on blueprinting, configuration, testing, and cutover activities across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience.
• Experience configuring, building, and implementing SAP EWM and core warehouse processes.
• Experience with CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC, and BAPI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions for inbound/outbound logistics, putaway, stock transfers, and inventory.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and demonstrate standard SAP EWM processes.
• Own training, functional specs, SIT/UAT testing, go-live support, and post-implementation maintenance.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules and 3rd party systems; collaborate with Global Trade teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
• Travel up to 25%.
