Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. You will own the technical implementation, partnering with functional consultants, and ensure all developments meet standards for quality, security, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
Experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with PeopleSoft data model.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
Experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
Own the technical implementation of business requirements and partner with functional consultants.
Ensure all custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
