Insight Global is seeking a remote Integration Architect to design enterprise‑wide integration solutions for a healthcare client. You will define integration patterns, design REST APIs and microservices with security, and work with API management platforms.

Strong UML visualization and the ability to translate complex concepts for executives are essential. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT with architecture experience and hands‑on API engineering across various platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT with 7+ years designing enterprise integration solutions and architecture.
Strength in choosing appropriate patterns beyond REST APIs (synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven, batch).
Strong API security expertise including OAuth 2.0, SSO, OIDC, JWT, and service‑to‑service auth.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for executive stakeholders and teams.
Skilled in UML/architecture diagrams and communicating complex designs clearly.

Responsibilities

Design end‑to‑end enterprise integration solutions and determine integration patterns.
Design and support REST APIs and microservices with security and governance.
Partner with engineering teams and senior leaders to resolve integration challenges.
Create architecture diagrams and communicate technical solutions effectively.
