Job summary

You will work with Product, Data, Security, and clinical teams to translate real-world workflows into scalable AI systems, with a focus on safety, governance, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering production AI/ML apps.
• Strong software engineering with CI/CD and observability.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one JVM language.
• Experience with cloud AI services and data pipelines.
• Healthcare PHI/PII experience preferred.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI products including RAG and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, and clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance, risk controls, and HITRUST-aligned controls.
• Own evaluation, release gates, telemetry.
