Job summary

DreamMaker Franchise is seeking a skilled remodeling carpenter for in-person work across Burlington County, NJ. The role covers all remodeling phases from demolition to finishing, requiring strong time management, organization, and customer service to complete projects for our homeowners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, can read plans, follow codes, and travel to job sites.

Qualifications

5 years hands-on residential construction/carpentry experience.
Effective communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in carpentry, tile and flooring installation, interior trim, light plumbing and electrical.
Ability to read plans, follow building codes, and troubleshoot independently.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to Burlington County.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced carpentry and remodeling from demolition to finishing.
Install cabinets, tile, flooring; light electrical and plumbing.
Review plans, material checklists, and installation techniques.
Coordinate trade partners and inspections; attend pre-construction and weekly production meetings.
Maintain a pristine, organized job site with proper protection and communication.
Track labor, materials, photos, logs, and purchases using JobTread software.
Monitor job budgets and communicate progress to homeowners and DreamMaker team.
Maintain company vehicle and tools; stock and prep per phase.
Assist with change orders, warranty work, and other duties.
