Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day residential remodeling operations from pre-construction through final completion. Hands-on or trades-managerial experience required; you will lead scheduling, staffing, materials, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

Lead two-week production outlooks, coordinate install teams, vendors, inspections, and deliveries while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction in our family-owned, veteran-owned

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential remodeling or project management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodeling.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and construction documents.
• Excellent scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Proficient with project management software and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operational management of remodeling projects.
• Maintain visibility of active jobs and upcoming work schedules.
• Keep a detailed rolling two-week production outlook.
• Coordinate schedules for installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries.
• Anticipate conflicts and proactively implement solutions.
• Conduct regular job site visits for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate status daily with teams, staff, suppliers, and ownership.
