Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about estate valuation and the 'Caring Transitions' system of Continuous Improvement.
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and remain active on your feet throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize household goods with care.
• Take high-quality photos of items for auctions and write accurate descriptions.
• Safely pack and unpack household treasures.
• Lift and move boxes and light furniture.
• Prepare and ship items purchased online.
• Act as a professional, non-judgmental liaison for seniors and families.
• Maintain hospitality and efficiency.
