Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a reliability engineer for a 12+ month contract onsite at Mounds View 55112. You will develop reliability studies, perform DOE, and support CAPA and cross-functional teams working on CRM products (pacemakers and leads).

You will analyze performance data, propose design/test improvements, and ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

3 skills sets required: Manufacturing support, Project and program support, CAPA and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with CAPA and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and DOE constructs.
Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for reliability.
Completes risk analysis studies of new design and processes.
Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates relevant variables affecting product and processes.
Ensures corrective measures meet reliability standards.
Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability programs to meet objectives.
May develop mathematical models to identify units or processes with failure risks.
May propose changes in design to improve system reliability.
May determine sampling for environmental testing to obtain valid data.
