The candidate will leverage CMMS systems (SAP or Maximo), perform reliability studies, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of relevant maintenance, reliability, or asset management engineering experience.
- Experience in operating facilities and developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Knowledge of equipment reliability, failure analysis, equipment criticality assessments, and maintenance planning.
- Experience with CMMS such as SAP or Maximo.
- Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsabilités
- Develop and optimize maintenance and reliability strategies for facility equipment and systems.
- Evaluate equipment performance and reliability to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical engineering support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant improvement activities.
- Prepare maintenance plans, spare parts recommendations, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, inspection, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Review CMMS data for accuracy and support reliability improvements.
- Support planning, commissioning, and readiness activities as assigned.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to project teams and management.
