V2X Inc. is seeking a Reliability & Sustainment Engineer in Orlando, FL to drive system readiness and long-term supportability for complex fielded systems.

You will perform RAM modeling, analyze performance data, and develop sustainment strategies to reduce life-cycle costs, while collaborating across engineering, logistics, and program management teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, FRACAS process, and life cycle support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in reliability or sustainment engineering.
• U.S. citizenship due to security requirements.
• Experience with RAM analysis methods.
• Active DoW/DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• RAM Engineering: model and analyze RAM for life cycle readiness.
• Data Analytics: collect and interpret performance and maintenance data.
• Sustainment Engineering: develop cost-optimized sustainment plans.
• Obsolescence & DMSMS management and BOM health tracking.
• FRACAS: analyze failures and drive corrective actions.
