Strong analytical skills and experience with continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/TPM).
Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

Analyze equipment performance and failure data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Drive reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, lubrication).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installs and line upgrades.
Support EHS/PSM by ensuring equipment changes comply with standards.
