Job summary

Suez Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer for its Minnetonka, MN facility. In this role, you will manage maintenance strategies and improve operational reliability across the plant.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.S Degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We offer a competitive salary range of $108k-$128k annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer.
• Computer literate with MS Office and Google.
• Experience working in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scheduling, MRO, and CBM personnel.
• Conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis.
• Lead technical incident investigations through Root Cause Analysis.
• Analyze data to identify reliability trends and drive improvements.
