• 5+ years specializing in reliability testing and qualification of IC device and package to AEC/JEDEC standards.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like JMP/Weibull.
• Strong understanding of SiC and GaN semiconductor device structures.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams for design and reliability validation.
• Design experiments to ensure reliability targets are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for reliability failures.
