Job summary

Rosehill Resources is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to deliver reliability, technical, and engineering services for fixed and rotating equipment to maximize life and safety. You will support design, operation, and maintenance decisions and lead efforts in PM and PDM programs, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering required.
• 5 years of engineering experience in reliability or maintenance required.
• Preferred: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in resolving equipment design, operation, and maintenance problems.
• Assist in formulating, implementing, maintaining, and auditing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance (PDM) programs.
• Assist Operations, Product Control, and Maintenance Departments in developing procedures, training, and processes to ensure equipment is operated within its design parameters.
• Advise engineering on new capital designs and installations to ensure that equipment reliability, operability, and maintainability are addressed.
• Develop and review equipment specifications and standards for reliability improvement.
• Develop and track cost justifications for reliability improvement.
• Provide refinery support during planned and unplanned outages, including availability to respond to and support critical business needs during off-hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Performs all duties following the safety rules and guidelines established by the Refinery.
