Job summary

HR Works, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer - Level 3 to oversee multi-disciplinary construction projects supporting site operations. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company standards while coordinating information across teams.

You will apply engineering principles, develop solutions to technical problems, and manage design documents, cost estimates, and contractor involvement from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion to support site operations.
• Coordinate information across project team to facilitate facilities execution and prepare status reports.
• Apply engineering principles to project work; identify technical problems and develop solutions.
• Apply cGMP principles; ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety in capital projects.
• Coordinate development of project design documents; select and review A&E firms; document decisions.
• Prepare project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, materials; coordinate bids and forecasts.
• Oversee contract work; review bids, RFIs, submittals; ensure conformance to drawings and safety regs; contractor orientation.
