To this effect, we are seeking dynamic professionals to join ALAM as Senior Reliability Engineer in the Reliability Domain of Industrial Management function globally (US and APAC).
The Senior Reliability Engineer will be a technical pioneer and mentor for ensuring the long-term integrity and performance of critical assets within ALAM manufacturing facilities. This position will create alignment between maintenance, operations, and capital projects, applying advanced reliability methodologies to mitigate risk and optimize lifecycle costs. This global role reports to the Reliability Engineering Manager (based in US) covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC. Preferred locations for the role are US (Branchburg, New Jersey), South Korea (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi) or Taiwan (Taichung).
Salary Range: $125k - $135k
Bonus: 8% Annual
Travel: Up to 20% based on business needs
Work schedule: Hybrid 3-2
