Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Senior Release Engineer for Capital Markets to own end-to-end SFRC release builds across development, QA, and production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, validate readiness, and drive automation improvements to accelerate deployment velocity while maintaining governance and risk controls.

The role reports as deputy to Release Manager, with remote/hybrid work options, and a compensation range of $130,000 to $190,000 plus bonus and benefits; 7+ years of release

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Release Management/Change Enablement.
• ITIL Practitioner cert preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Ansible, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation, packaging, validation, and deployment of SFRC release builds across environments (dev, test, UAT, prod).
• Coordinate release activities across Development, QA, Infra, Data Engineering, Production Support, and Business teams.
• Validate that Release Requests have testing, approvals, docs, and readiness checks.
• Perform dependency analysis to identify conflicts and risks.
• Conduct staging-readiness assessments and ensure rollback procedures.
• Support Release Review meetings with status updates and remediation actions.
• Contribute to Go/No-Go by validating readiness, tests, and plans.
• Develop and improve release automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce release risk and increase deployment frequency.
• Support stability by ensuring controlled, auditable production changes.
