Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne tools, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

The role requires five or more years in litigation support, advanced RelativityOne skills, and knowledge of EDRM/ACEDS, with flexibility for long hours when deadlines demand it.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
