Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with systems like UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage.
• Experience in litigation support applications and software.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle various projects to support and improve the organization’s network systems.
• Maintain external access to ALS tools and identity management for stakeholders.
• Selectee will work with IT leadership on ALS applications and infrastructure.

Skills

Design and implement Automated Litigation Support software solutions

Maintain ALS system infrastructure (storage, compute, network)

Perform system maintenance including backups and software updates

Produce and update system diagrams and documentation

Provide weekly reports on system health and performance

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with Relativity

In-depth knowledge of the Government's security requirements

Education

Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent experience
