Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation’s Family Wealth Alliance seeks a Manager of Member Experience to ensure client-centered services for member firms. You will lead relationship management and high-level networking, delivering proactive onboarding and customized support.

Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, you will collaborate with marketing and events, use CRM and data tools to track member information, and foster executive-level engagement with multi-family offices and ultra-high-net-worth

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of direct relationship management experience with a strong client service mentality
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships and serve as primary contact to encourage member engagement.
• Facilitate networking by initiating introductions and moderating executive roundtables.
• Onboarding and ongoing support to maximize membership benefits.
• Provide customized solutions for individual member needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and events to ensure a cohesive member experience.
• Manage CRM and other databases for accurate member records.
• Develop expertise on member benefits and strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
