Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional AI/ML experience with a strong RL focus.
• Strong theoretical RL background: Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic, Deep RL.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray/RLlib).
• Experience developing and debugging complex RL algorithms; familiarity with simulators.

Responsibilities
