OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to manage Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting across our hospital entities. The role combines hands-on analysis with supervision of a reimbursement team and collaboration with other finance leaders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
• CPA, MHA or MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience as a Reimbursement Analyst or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and file Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for all OhioHealth entities.
• Subject matter learning and expert on CMS cost reporting, DSH, UPL, IME/GME and related programs.
• Provide Director of Revenue and Reimbursement and Manager with updates on projects and analyses.
• CGS audits and audits; work with legal vendor for Medicare Appeals.
