Job summary

Lifepoint Health, through Lifepoint Rehabilitation, seeks a Program Director III in Louisville to lead therapy services, oversee assessment, treatment planning and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will drive program development, quality improvement and productivity while upholding Lifepoint CORE values across the facility and care teams.

Qualifications

• Provide therapy services including assessment and treatment planning.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement.
• Operate in an interdisciplinary environment aligned with CORE values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of team members through structured activities.
• Orientations are planned with department supervisors.
• Assist in identifying educational needs and in-service sessions.
• Attend/present at unit in-service sessions as scheduled.
• Attend external professional growth activities and share insights with the team.
• Assist in recruitment and interviewing processes.
• Support supervision and evaluation input for team members.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to dress code.
• Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate professionally at all times and promote integrity.
• Support client relations and marketing activities.
• Establish contact with discharge planners and physicians.
• Foster positive relationships with facility personnel.
